THIBODAUX – The public is invited to the grand opening of the Nicholls Food Court, slated for 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, in the Bollinger Memorial Student Union of Nicholls State University.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will signal the official opening of five new dining options: Bayou Pizza and Pasta, Original Burger Co., Wall of Greens, Subconnection and Simply to Go.
“I am so excited to see the new food court open in time for the spring semester,” Brenda Haskins, director of auxiliary services, said. “The renovated spaces offer a great selection of food choices to the campus community. The university wishes to thank Sodexo Education for their financial investment in providing modern food venues that will make our campus more competitive with other universities nationwide.”
