Manning Passing Academy campers expected to be first guests THIBODAUX – A 40-year-old residence hall at Nicholls State University is getting a facelift, and completion is targeted to coincide with the annual Manning Passing Academy, scheduled for Thursday, July 12, through Sunday, July 15.
