Orientation Program

My name is Amirah, not to be confused with “a mirror”.   I am a sophomore majoring in Allied Health from Gretna, LA.  I chose Nicholls because it is close to home and it has an unbeatable student/teacher ratio. I am a member of two different honor societies and love anything there is to do with basketball.  If I could choose any one basketball player on my intramural basketball team, it would be Cynthia Cooper.  When I am not shooting hoops, I might be watching my favorite movie, “Love and Basketball”!
