Parking Permit Application Form

The online permit application is available May 27, 2013 – July 19, 2013.

Beginning Monday, July 15, you can come to our office to apply for your parking permit. The new permits are not valid until August 1, 2013. The charge for a permit cannot be applied until after July 1, 2013. Permits will be mailed out starting that week. Due to the high volume of permit applications we have already received, please allow 2-4 weeks from July 1 before you report your permit as not being received.

Primary Vehicle Information

Please refer to your vehicle's registration for the following information. Vehicles which have a specialty license plate (i.e. Saints, NSU, etc.) must enter the license plate exactly how the registration lists it. If all fields are not filled in, you may not receive a permit. If you do not have a permanent license plate, you cannot receive a permanent decal and you must come to our office for a temporary permit. Employees using more than one vehicle should register the second vehicle by sending a separate e-mail to parking@nicholls.edu listing the same information as required below.
