Vehicle Immobilization Policy

The Vehicle Immobilization Policy has been established to assist in keeping the campus safe. It is also a means of preventing violators from incurring extensive amounts in fines. A vehicle immobilizer is a device placed on the front driver’s side tire to prevent the vehicle from being driven. Under no circumstances should an individual whose vehicle has been immobilized attempt to move the vehicle. Nicholls State University assumes no responsibility for damages which may occur from the immobilization device.
