Associate Professor of Psychology and Counselor Education
Dr. Zoe Tanner, who began teaching at Nicholls in 1992, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified School Counselor, a National Board Certified Counselor and a Board Certified Counselor Supervisor.
Tanner’s research interests include school counselor training and supervision, counseling children and their families and animal-assisted therapy. She is a member of the American Counseling Association, American School Counselor Association, the Louisiana Association of Counselor Education and Supervision and the Louisiana School Counseling Association.
In her spare time, Tanner enjoys yoga, gardening, family, fitness and traveling.
