				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Curious as to what each group exercise class is, but don&#8217;t want to commit to a full class?</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline">November 5th at 3pm and 6pm</span> Campus Recreation will offer a 90 minute class where you can sample all 6 group exercise classes! The sampler will consist of six, 12 minute classes with 3 minutes of rest in between each class. You will leave the sampler with a great workout and an understanding of what each group exercise class entails.</p>
<p>You can sign up 24 hours in advance at the Customer Service Desk!</p>
