Programs of Study
The Department of Allied Health Sciences offers three programs of study in cardiopulmonary/respiratory care:
- Associate degree program in cardiopulmonary care science — This program prepares students for careers as entry-level respiratory therapists.
- Certificate program in advanced respiratory therapy — This program serves individuals who already have a professional credential/license in respiratory therapy and want to acquire advanced credentials and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree program in health sciences with a concentration in advanced cardiopulmonary care — This program serves individuals who already have a professional credential/license in respiratory therapy and want to acquire advanced credentials, experience and a bachelor’s degree.
