Credentials
The Nicholls advanced course offerings in respiratory therapy meet the criteria for optional/advanced credentialing by the National Board for Respiratory Care. Students who successfully complete the specific advanced course offerings may acquire credentials including:
- Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist (CPFT) and/or Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (RPFT)
- Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialist
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
