• Coordinates and conducts continuing education programs.
• Serves as an informational resource center.

Counseling

One-to-one counseling services are available, free of charge, for potential and existing small business owners through the Nicholls State University SBDC. In addition to the permanent staff members, the SBDC utilizes the faculty and student resources of Nicholls State University, as well as private sector resources. Counseling services include:

• Management organization analysis
• Financial counseling
• Market research
• Feasibility studies
• Loan packaging
• Others

Workshops/Seminars

Our workshops and seminars are conducted throughout the four-parish area. These programs are set up to keep small business people like you up to par on current practices and changing trends intoday's business world. All of our programs are designed to help you develop and raise your management skills. Many of these exciting programs are conducted here on the Nicholls campus. However, many are conducted ay local business locations in Larose, Houma, Morgan City and Thibodaux.
