Powell Hall
Houses classrooms and the offices for the College of Business Administration. The Department of Accounting and Business Law and the Department of Management and Marketing are also housed in Powell. The Marketing and Management Behavioral Lab is located on the second floor. The CENAC computer lab is located on the first floor. The CENAC lab is open to all Nicholls students with a valid Colonel Card (Nicholls I.D.). Custodians report seeing spirits haunting the breezeway between Powell Hall and White Hall.
