Elkins Hall
Elkins Hall is home to the Controller's Office, Purchasing, Human Resources, Tutorial Learning Center, University Relations, the University Counseling Center, Testing Center and University College are all located in Elkins.
Elkins Hall is the oldest building on campus and at one time served as the cafeteria and the library. Years after the library was moved from Elkins to Polk Hall, legend says that students and faculty lined up across the quad and formed a human chain, passing the books by hand to the new building.
Elkins Hall is where students pay tuition and their fees at the fee collection windows.
