Online Tutoring
The Tutorial & Academic Enhancement Center is now offering limited online tutoring.
In an effort to accommodate registered Nicholls students affected by recent events and unable to attend classes on campus, we are offering online tutoring to these students in the following subjects: Math 002, 003, 100, and 101.
Please read the directions below carefully before emailing your inquiry.
First, specify the subject in which you need assistance.
Next, make your question specific. Consider the following, for example: “Can you show me how to set up #15?” is better than “How do you do #15?”. You could, however, have difficulty working a problem and then ask, “What is the next step to solving this problem?”
Once you have formulated your question, please send it to rousa045@its.nicholls.edu. To receive help, your request must originate from your official Nicholls email account.
Every attempt will be made to have a tutor respond to your inquiry within twenty-four hours to questions posted Sunday after 5 p.m. through Thursday before 12:00 p.m. Questions posted Thursday after 12:00 p.m. through Sunday before 5:00 p.m. will be answered in the order they are received on the next official school day.
When school is out of session, tutors are not available.
