I. Policy on Naming Facilities, etc.

II. Budget Reductions
Employees encouraged to contact their legislatures – not from NSU email, from personal emails
Additional 5% decrease most likely—unless significant revenue generation such as charging for each credit hour above 12 credit hours, increase in tuition frees
Proposing fee increases to State
President is working to keep campus community informed of progress and status
III. Enrollment
Enrollment is up 2% from last spring (2008)/up 125 students – 45 are dual enrollment
Up 106 freshmen/down slightly for Juniors and Seniors (to be expected as these are the students that were freshmen in 2005)
Up 215 full time students
