RE: Unclassified Staff Opinion Survey Results
Enclosed are the results of the Spring, 2005 Unclassified Staff Opinion Survey. We are very pleased with the outcome of this first endeavor into eliciting input specifically from Unclassified Staff. We are very enthusiastic about the feedback and our resulting task of utilizing the results to give the Unclassified Staff a voice and making positive and productive changes where possible. We plan to immediately begin addressing the issues that Unclassified Staff indicated are important, understanding that some will require long-term attention. We will be keeping the President updated as we will set our goals and timelines for addressing the issues. Furthermore, we anticipate working closely with each of you throughout this process.
