RE: Unclassified Staff Opinion Survey Results
As indicated in the April 29, 2005 memo, we are submitting another copy of the comments from the Unclassified Staff Opinion Survey results. The comments have been categorized for the readers’ convenience and so that we can approach our task of addressing these concerns in an organized manner. Copies of this version will also be sent to each of the vice presidents. We encourage you to share these comments with the Cabinet as you see fit.
At this time we are also requesting a formal response from you to be shared with all unclassified staff regarding survey results. We did receive one email asking for this, and we feel that this might be representative of other staff members’ feelings. Furthermore, a response from you would likely validate the unclassified staff’s sense that they have a right to voice their concerns, and we believe this validation would be most appreciated by the staff.
