Enclosed are the results of the Unclassified Staff Opinion Survey. We are very pleased with the outcome of this first endeavor into eliciting input specifically from Unclassified Staff. This copy we are sharing with you for review contains the original comments with no editing. Please note that the copy we are making available to Unclassified Staff was not edited, but did not include specific employee names.

We are very enthusiastic about the feedback and our resulting task of utilizing the results to give the Unclassified Staff a voice and making positive and productive changes where possible. We plan to immediately begin addressing the issues that Unclassified Staff indicated are important, understanding that some will require long-term attention.

Within the upcoming month, we will be categorizing the comments in order to approach our task in a more organized manner. We will send you and the Vice Presidents a copy of that document. From there we will set our goals and timelines for addressing the issues. I look forward to meeting with you in the near future to discuss the Committee’s plan.
