KEYS AND FORGOTTEN
COMBINATIONS
The NSU Post Office realizes that keys or combinations are lost misplaced or forgotten during the semester.
If this should occur, please request a new combination card or key. Proper identification MUST be presented.
The cost for a new key is $5.00 and forfeiture of your original deposit. This is done to cover the cost of changing the locks and labor cost in doing so.
Although deposits are not required for combination boxes, the charge
for replacing a lost or forgotten combination remains $5.00.
Please note: at no time are postal employees to retrieve mail from
Post Office boxes and distribute it from the counter. It is your responsibility
to retrieve your own mail.
