Upward Bound provides activities and services that help high school sophomores, juniors and seniors develop the skills and motivation necessary to successfully complete high school and post-secondary education.
Upward Bound Project Victory was initiated at Nicholls State University in 1979 and is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education.
We are committed to providing equal access and treatment to eligible students who are members of groups that have been traditionally underrepresented, such as members of racial or ethnic minorities, women and the physically challenged.
