Welcome to the Nicholls State University Office of Wellness Education! Our three health advocates and professional coordinator are committed to meeting the wellness need of the Nicholls community and striving for a healthier campus.

We offer personal wellness consultations as well as group and classroom presentations on topics such as tobacco cessation, stress management, fitness, critical thinking and much more. Smoking Cessation Programs

October 10th, 2008

It Pays to Quit - a Blackboard based smoking cessation program for busy students wanting to quit the tobacco habit. Structured curriculum, Quit Kits, and a discussion board forum for optimum support.

Freedom From Smoking - Certified instructors using a curriculum from the American Lung Association. Group support, quit kits, celebration party.

Looking for dynamic young women with leadership experience, academic excellence and inspiring goals.
