1. Submit Itinerary
Submit the completed form and attach an original copy of the trip brochure with itinerary. A Nicholls faculty member will review all itineraries and forms. You will be notified by email if your itinerary has been accepted for use in conjunction with study abroad classes. Group leaders may submit an itinerary on behalf of the entire group.
2. Complete and Submit Necessary Forms
Once approved, you must complete the application form provided. Print, sign and mail to:

Please read, print, and sign the agreement. It should be included with your application and tuition payment.
3. Notification, Username & Password
Once applications have been processed you will receive notification by email. Students will also receive their username and password to be used to enter the MOODLE Study Abroad Resource Site. Course introductions, instructions, assignments and resource materials are located on this site. Once you receive your username and password, you should log in to confirm that you have access.
Complete and Submit Verification Form
This form must be given to your school or university group leader or advisor. Upon completion of the trip, they must sign the form to verify that you have traveled with the group to all destinations and have participated in all program activities as listed on the submitted itinerary.
