You are encouraged to apply online to speed up the process. If you apply online, the application fee must be paid in order for your application to be reviewed. The application form can also be downloaded and mailed to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nicholls.edu\/apply\">Online Application for Graduate and Undergraduate students<\/a><br>The application must be returned with a $30.00 non-refundable application fee. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. Bank. Cash is accepted if brought to the Office of Admissions. The Office of Admissions also accepts properly endorsed Traveler&#8217;s Checks. Your application will not be processed until the fee is received<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary of Educational Background by Years Form<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This form enables us to evaluate the educational background of our prospective students. Please complete the form beginning with primary school through the institution of last attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This form must be filled out and sent along with your application to the Office of International Student Admissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Summary of Educational Background by Years (Adobe Acrobat Required)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Official Secondary School Transcripts with Official English Translation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Official Certification of Degree Earned with Official English Translation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Official GMAT or GRE scores sent directly by ETS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>GMAT for MBA, GRE for Education or Applied Mathematics<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> TOEFL score Report<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The TOEFL enables us to evaluate the English proficiency of our prospective students. It is a necessary requirement for Admission to Nicholls State University. &nbsp;Students should arrange to take the TOEFL as soon as they decide to attend a U.S. university. The student should allow sufficient time in case they have to retake the TOEFL to meet the required scores. &nbsp;Original results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) must be sent directly to Nicholls State University from ETS. The Institution Code for Nicholls is 6221.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimum Scores are As Follows (Graduate Admission)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paper-based Test 550<br>Computer-based Test 213<br>Internet-based Test 79<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Affidavit of Support and Financial Statement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Affidavit of Support is necessary for the student to prove he\/she has sufficient funds to finance one year of study at our University. The student must complete the first part of the form and the student&#8217;s sponsor must completethe second part. A financial institution must either sign and stamp the bottom portion of the form or provide verification of funds in a letter on their letterhead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Affidavit of Support 2015-16\u00a0(Adobe Acrobat Required)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE: The Office of International Student Services requires original financial documentation. PHOTOCOPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Immunization Form<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All enrolled students at Nicholls (born after January 1, 1957), must provide written proof of immunization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A completed Proof of Immunization Compliance must be completed and on file in the University Health Services Office. &nbsp;The form should be completed and signed by a physician.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nicholls.edu\/health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.nicholls.edu\/health<\/a> for the necessary forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Housing form and housing deposit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Students who will need housing must complete the housing application form and submit the necessary housing deposit. Information on housing and forms can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nicholls.edu\/housing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.nicholls.edu\/housing<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Official transcripts and course descriptions from previous university work<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Copies of current I-20 &amp; I-94 form (if transferring to Nicholls from within the United States)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Transfer Advisor form (if transferring to Nicholls from within the United States)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Transfer Advisor Form\u00a0 sent directly by the U.S. school you are transferring from.
