The College of Business at NSU is made up of three academic departments, plus the business graduate programs and our online business degree:
The Department of Accounting & Finance has three distinct degree programs to prepare students for successful careers upon graduation. Bachelors degrees are available in accounting, finance, and/or financial services marketing.
The Department of Business Administration & Computer Information Systems offers four traditional degree programs in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration with a General Business Concentration, Business Administration with a Multinational Concentration and Business Administration with a Pre-law Concentration.
The Department of Management & Marketing is a fully accredited department where students can pursue a degree in Management or Marketing with or without concentrations in Human Resource Management, Maritime Management or Professional Sales Marketing.
In addition, the College of Business Administration offers an online undergraduate Business Administration degree through Nicholls Online.
Minors from the College of Business are available to all NSU students, regardless of their major. We encourage all students to consider a minor in business, as a business background can be an enormous asset in many careers.
The Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Applied Business Administration is an online certification program designed for individuals who have earned a baccalaureate degree and are seeking functional competencies in business administration.
The College of Business Administration understands that education does not end upon entrance into the workplace. The College of Business offers Business Graduate Programs where professionals can earn a Master of Business Administration degree. We also understand that business professionals may want to gain a competitive advantage over their peers, that is why we offer the Executive Master of Business Administration.
Please contact the college or the department that interests you for further information about our curriculum, instructional methods and faculty.
