Nicholls State University is responsible for any violation of NCAA regulations, whether intentional or unintentional. Violations may adversely impact the eligibility of potential and (or) currently enrolled Student-Athletes.<\/p><p class=\"\">Additionally, violations involving booster members may prevent further association with the CAA. Your participation is your acknowledgement and agreement to abide by the regulations of Nicholls State University, the Southland Conference and the NCAA.
