Many of the skills that will be worked on will benefit the athletes\u2019 performance in other sports as well.\u00a0<\/p>

Camp will be led by Head Track & Field and\u00a0Cross\u00a0Country\u00a0Stefanie Slekis; along with other staff members, current\u00a0cross\u00a0country\u00a0student-athletes and experienced distance runners. Each camper will leave with the knowledge of how to build a smart summer training plan based on their ability level and a better understanding of how to establish process and outcome goals to improve as an athlete in any sport.\u00a0 Sign up your camper now!<\/p>
