Off-Campus Merchant Information

The Colonel Card program is a discretionary spending program. Under this program, we permit anyone with Colonel Cash funds available in their Colonel Card account to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. Anyone with a valid Colonel Card can deposit Colonel Cash funds onto their Colonel Card at three locations including our website’s online card office. Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted for deposits. A participating merchant deducts funds from a Colonel Card using a transaction terminal.
