{"id":1253,"date":"2019-09-20T15:46:22","date_gmt":"2019-09-20T15:46:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nicholls.edu\/colonelcard\/?page_id=1253"},"modified":"2025-10-27T15:53:35","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T15:53:35","slug":"eaccounts-mobile-app","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nicholls.edu\/colonelcard\/eaccounts-mobile-app\/","title":{"rendered":"eAccounts Mobile App"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The eAccounts app is a faster, more convenient way to manage your Colonel Card account with a more mobile-friendly interface and the option to log in with Face ID, Touch ID, etc.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add Colonel Cash<\/li>\n<li>View your Colonel Card balances and transactions<\/li>\n<li>Deactivate or activate your lost or stolen Colonel Card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After installing the app, please choose <strong>Nicholls State University, <\/strong>then choose either <strong>Cardholder (Nicholls LDAP) <\/strong>if you are a cardholder\u00a0or <strong>Guest <\/strong>if you are a guest. Sign in the same way that you do for the Online Card Office website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can&#8217;t find the option to add Colonel Cash on the eAccounts App?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The eAccounts App doesn&#8217;t natively let you add a payment method. After making a Colonel Cash deposit using the <a href=\"https:\/\/nsu-sp.transactcampus.com\/colonelcard\">Online Card Office<\/a> website, you can use the checkbox for <strong>Save Payment Method, <\/strong>add a payment alias, then click <strong>Save. <\/strong>Then the\u00a0<strong>Add Money\u00a0<\/strong>button should show up on the eAccounts app and let you use one of your saved payment methods for future deposits.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Download the eAccounts mobile app here:<br \/>\n<a
