A <strong>$15 fee<\/strong> will be added in Banner after printing the Colonel Card for an Online degree student.<\/p>\n<p>If you would still like a Colonel Card, please fill out and submit this <a href=\"https:\/\/nichollscentral.etrieve.cloud\/#\/form\/108\"><span class=\"ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">Online Degree Colonel Card Request Form<\/span><\/a>. You will need to be enrolled as a student and log in with your myNicholls ID.
