Microsoft Access – Level 1

Dates: Dec. 2, 3 & 4, 2014

This course is designed for students who wish to learn the basic operations of the Microsoft Access database application to perform their day-to-day responsibilities, and to understand the advantages that using a relational database application can bring to their business processes. Topics include:

  • Designing and Building a Database
  • Querying a Database
  • Generating Reports
  • Managing Data in a Table
  • Designing Forms

Prior knowledge of Access is not a prerequisite, but participants should have an understanding of the basic concepts involved in working with a personal computer such as skills that are learned in an Introductory Windows course. Course fee includes textbook.
