Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the most popular yoga in America today. There is no religion base. This form of exercise uses posture and breathing techniques to link the mind and body. Each movement uses the total body and relieves anxiety and stress. This is a co-ed class, and couples are welcome. Mats provided.

Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays (monthly sessions)

Time: 7 – 8 p.m.
Place: Shaver Dance Studio (2nd floor)
Instructor: Lona Bernard, Certified Yoga and Zumba Instructor
Fee: $60 per month


As per the instructor’s request, please call the Office of Continuing Ed. @ 985.448.4444 to place your name on the class list. Classes will meet once a minimum of 10 participants have signed up, at which points dates will be set.
