King Cakes: Mommy/Daddy and Me

Learn the art of bread making and process of creating your own homemade King Cake. Parent and child will work together in a fun, hands-on environment led by our own institute’s Chef Tammy Rink.   Chef Tammy is an established pastry chef and will demonstrate her artistic skills in creating beautiful desserts.

Menu includes: Brioche dough, fillings, icings and toppings

  • Class is limited to 16 total participants (8 adults and 8 children)

Time:  1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Location:  Lanny Ledet Building

Cost:  $50.00 per participant ($100.00 total for parent and camper)
