Registration can be done in person, by mail, by fax (985.448.4552), or online. The registration deadline for each course is one week prior to the course begin date. Registrations made after the deadline will be subject to an additional $10 fee. If you are interested in registering for a program but the deadline has passed, please inquire about available space by calling 985.448.4444.
Fees and payment options
Fees vary for each program and will be listed on the webpage. It is required that fees be paid before the program begins. Payment received after the registration deadline will be subject to the $10 late registration fee.
Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, money order, or credit card. (Make checks and money orders payable to Nicholls State University). Please call 985.448.4444 with questions or for additional information on making payments.
Cancelled Registration: A refund of 100 percent of the registration fee (less a $10 processing fee) will be made if the Office of Continuing Education is notified before the registration deadline. The registration deadline for each course is one week prior to the course begin date. No refund will be made after the registration deadline. Refunds may take four to six weeks to process.
Canceled Course: The University reserves the right to cancel programs in cases of is insufficient enrollment. In the event that a course is cancelled or closed, a full refund will be issued or an opportunity to transfer to another course will be extended.
Bad Weather or Emergency
The Office of Continuing Education abides by the policy of the University; therefore, programs will proceed as scheduled unless facilities are closed due to a university closure.
Visitor parking permits are required for Continuing Education courses. Visitor parking permits for are available through the Office of Continuing Education and should be mailed with the registration confirmation.
