Louisiana to Lyon Dinner

On November 2, 2017, with the help of many of our long-time supporters, we hosted our first Louisiana to Lyon dinner in Bistro Ruth. Through this event, we celebrated our unique relationship with the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance. Our students and program have benefited from this relationship and it is a highlight when recruiting future culinarians. In the future, we hope to increase our presence through faculty exchanges within the Alliance and collaborating with culinary educators around the world in culinary academic research. All of the proceeds from this event went towards funding more future chefs dreams of studying in France. None of this would have been possible without our generous sponsors.
