What is the student’s responsibility in obtaining accommodations?
In order to receive reasonable accommodations from the Student Access Center (SAC), students must:
- self-identify concerning disability status to SAC in a timely manner (if possible, within two weeks after the semester starts),
- schedule an appointment with the Director for registration or changes to current accommodations,
- provide current documentation of the disability that qualifies under ADA (Section 504 Subpart E) and
- complete the SAC registration process.
