Welcome to the Department of Applied Sciences, a department administering unique programs in two technological areas in efforts to meet local, state and national needs. Geomatics is a one of a kind flagship program offered here at Nicholls.

Geomatics is the science of surveying and mapping. Students train on the latest state-of-the-art instruments and are instructed by highly qualified faculty.
