Disbursement of Student Aid

Method of Disbursement: Financial Aid disbursements are posted in the Banner Financial Aid system electronically. The funds are fed to the Controller’s Office and applied to students’ accounts.

Frequency of Disbursements: The earliest date that financial aid funds may be applied is 10 days prior to the start of classes for all eligible students. The disbursement process occurs daily throughout each semester.
