Instructor of Sociology
Ms. Moorhead has been both Administrator and Faculty during her lifetime in Higher Education. Orientation Director, Minority Student Advisor, Cultural Events co-chair, Counselor, Assistant Dean, have been administrative roles played before joining Nicholls. Since joining Nicholls, she has played a variety of roles; Advisor to the N.A.A.C.P, Black History month member, Community Concerns committee, in addition to teaching.
Ms. Moorhead is adept at teaching online courses in addition to traditional face to face. A love of cultural explorations has taken her to East Africa for cultural immersion in addition to that of China while traveling as a Fulbright scholar.
