The IT staff is committed to helping Nicholls staff and faculty obtain solutions to their technology support issues. Everything that we do is focused on providing courteous and effective customer service. Our goal is to promote self-sufficiency in use of information technology among our faculty and staff by providing tools, guides and knowledge bases for supported technologies.

Student employees closely cooperate with full-time staff in carrying out the support functions of Information Technology. They help with service requests. We strive to provide an environment for student employees where they can learn technical and client service skills so they can effectively assist Nicholls and at the same time gain valuable experience that can be beneficial in the future.
