As we continue to expand the resources dedicated to ensuring campus safety, we are appointing Steven Kenney to serve as the Title IX coordinator. He will continue to serve as assistant vice president for human resources and chief diversity officer in addition to this new role.

In his new role, he will ensure that all Title IX concerns are investigated and proper actions are taken. Among his new responsibilities he will:

  • Coordinate and monitor the university’s compliance with Title IX and state civil rights policies.
  • Oversee initiatives and training programs to prevent Title IX and civil rights violations.
  • Implement procedures to investigate allegations of sexual discrimination and harassment complaints.
