Results from both groups will be discussed below:<\/p><p><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00a0SSI &#8220;low satisfaction&#8221; items:<\/strong><\/p><p>On three items, Nicholls respondents reported significantly lower scores (at the .05 level) than national respondents. \u00a0Click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nicholls.edu\/irep\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/54\/2015\/07\/Graph-of-low-satisfaction-Nicholls-Noel-Levitz-SSI-items-compared-with-national-average.xlsx\">here<\/a>\u00a0to see a graph showing the percent of Nicholls and national students that were &#8220;satisfied&#8221; or &#8220;very satisfied&#8221; on those items.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0SSI &#8220;high satisfaction&#8221; items:<\/strong><\/p><p>On nine\u00a0items, Nicholls respondents reported significantly higher scores (at the .001 level) than national respondents. \u00a0Click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nicholls.edu\/irep\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/54\/2015\/07\/Graph-of-high-satisfaction-Nicholls-Noel-Levitz-SSI-items-compared-with-national-average.xlsx\">here<\/a>\u00a0to see a graph showing mean scores on these items for Nicholls,\u00a0and national respondents.<\/p><p><strong>SSI enrolling importance items:<\/strong><\/p><p>The SSI also includes eight items asking respondents to rate the importance of various factors (e.g., cost, academic reputation, campus visits, etc.) on their decision to attend their current institution.
