Media Content Manager<\/b><\/p>

RCI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, website management, and proposal writing.<\/p>

AS A<\/b>\u00a0MEDIA CONTENT MANAGER<\/b><\/p>

You will be instrumental in driving our brand presence, enhancing our digital footprint, and crafting compelling proposals to support our business development efforts.<\/p>

MEDIA CONTENT MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>

Social Media Management<\/b><\/p>

\u00b7 Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.<\/p>

\u00b7 Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.<\/p>

\u00b7 Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and adding value to the user experience.<\/p>

\u00b7 Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs and goals.<\/p>

\u00b7 Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our strategies.<\/p>

Website Management<\/b><\/p>

\u00b7 Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.<\/p>

\u00b7 Collaborate with designers and developers to update website design, functionality, and user experience.<\/p>

\u00b7 Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.<\/p>

\u00b7 Monitor website analytics and performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize user engagement and conversions.<\/p>

\u00b7 Manage content updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns on the website.<\/p>

Proposal Writing<\/b><\/p>

\u00b7 Research, write, and edit compelling proposals, RFP responses, and other business development materials.<\/p>

\u00b7 Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and insights for proposal content.<\/p>

\u00b7 Ensure all proposals are tailored to the client\u2019s needs and highlight the company’s value proposition and strengths.<\/p>

\u00b7 Maintain a library of proposal templates and standard materials to streamline the proposal development process.<\/p>

\u00b7 Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions.<\/p>

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS<\/b><\/p>

\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.<\/p>

\u00b7 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management, website management, and proposal writing.<\/p>

\u00b7 Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.<\/p>

\u00b7 Proficient in website management tools and CMS (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).<\/p>

\u00b7 Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.<\/p>

\u00b7 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.<\/p>

\u00b7 Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.<\/p>
