This position also implements public programming, including artist events, nature programs, fundraisers, summer camp, and an annual festival, and completes special projects under the direction of the ASITW leadership team.<br \/><br \/>A Studio in the Woods is a program of the ByWater Institute located on 7.66 acres of protected forest on the Mississippi River in Lower Coast Algiers. A Studio in the Woods is dedicated to forest preservation, science-inspired art engagement, and providing a retreat for artists and scholars who are tackling the challenging issues of our time with imagination and power.<br \/><br \/>A Studio in the Woods is a program of the ByWater Institute located on 7.66 acres of protected forest on the Mississippi River in Lower Coast Algiers.
