She spearheaded Nicholls&#8217; inaugural etiquette dinner in 2003.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Terry Roach, certified business etiquette consultant and associate professor of business education at Arkansas  State University, will headline the dinner, addressing such topics as dining etiquette and introductions in business situations.<\/p>\n<p>The menu will include chicken and sausage gumbo, salad, bread, an entr\u00c3\u00a9e choice of pan seared chicken or tilapia, green beans, mashed potatoes, cheesecake and a beverage. Dress is business casual and door prizes will be awarded.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets cost $25 and must be purchased by 4:30 p.m. Thursday, March 6th.
