January 24th from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. we will host an Intro to the Strength Room, where you can meet our personal trainers and ask them questions about workouts, equipment, etc.

January 26th at 5:00 p.m. we will have our group exercise class sampler 1. You can sample 10-15 minutes of Yoga, Barre, Kickboxing, Bodypump and Bodyweight blast. After this 90 minute class, you will be able to determine your favorite group exercise class!

January 28th at 5:00 p.m. we will have our group exercise class sampler 2. You can sample 10-15 minutes of Bodyflow, Colonel Core, Zumba and Insanity. After this 90 minute class, you will be able to determine your favorite group exercise class!

Also on January 28th at 6:16 p.m. we will have an Intro to Yoga workshop. Learn the basics to yoga in a relaxed and fun environment!
