As a representative of Nicholls State University, the CAA and sport specific booster clubs – members must adhere to Southland Conference and NCAA regulations as they relate to interaction with potential and(or) currently enrolled Student-Athletes.
Ensuring compliance with these organization is a top priority for the Nicholls State University Athletics Department. Nicholls State University is responsible for any violation of NCAA regulations, whether intentional or unintentional. Violations may adversely impact the eligibility of potential and (or) currently enrolled Student-Athletes.
Additionally, violations involving booster members may prevent further association with the CAA. Your participation is your acknowledgement and agreement to abide by the regulations of Nicholls State University, the Southland Conference and the NCAA.
