The Colonel Athletic Association raises money for all 17 Division 1 sports teams as well as Nicholls State University cheerleaders and athletic trainers supporting
415+ STUDENT ATHLETES.

Gifts to the CAA will be used in a variety of ways including:
- Creating a First-Class Experience for Nicholls Student-Athletes
- Scholarships, including Summer School
- Facility Enhancements
- Operational Expenses
- Salary Supplements
The Colonel Athletic Association offers (7) membership levels with various corresponding benefits to the donor. Any person interested in joining the CAA can do so with cash, check, or credit card. Memberships can be paid in full or by installment. All contributions to the CAA are technically recognized on a July 1st to June 30th fiscal year, but the CAA MEMBERSHIP DRIVE BEGINS IN APRIL of each year and members will be recognized from the date of membership each calendar year.
