What is CROWN?

The Colonels Retention of Winners Network program is designed for non-athlete males at Nicholls State University.

At the core of CROWN are mentors, older students who know how things work here on campus, and who volunteer to support and guide freshmen. In addition to being paired with a mentor, CROWN students will get their own orientation just before the fall semester begins, be able to move into campus dorms a day early, and have enhanced opportunities to connect to networks on and off of campus.

CROWN is free and more than just a mentor: it’s a network of peers working together to help each other finish what they start here at Nicholls.

If you’re interested in participating in CROWN or if you have questions about it, contact us at CROWN@nicholls.edu.
