Please note that if you volunteer to be a Colonel Concierge, you should be able to attend our event from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm on August 5, 2026. Breakfast refreshments and lunch for all volunteers will be provided as well as refreshments during the day and at the closing session.

Colonel Concierge - work with a small group (2-4) of students for the entire day.

Event support - check in table, escort/guide students, host/supervise workshops, etc.

Present a workshop or informational session for students.

Set up and host a table at the closing gathering.
