The Nicholls College of Business is AACSB-accredited, a distinction held by less than 5% of business schools worldwide. The College of Business offers the country’s only maritime management degree concentration designed and supported by industry leaders.

Nicholls ranks in the 85th percentile of public colleges and universities when it comes to helping students move from the bottom 20 percent of income distribution to the top 20 percent after graduation.

In recent years, Nicholls biology students and faculty have spearheaded coastal restoration efforts including growing, harvesting and planting over 30,000 plants in coastal habitats.

The Chef John Folse Culinary Institute invites aspiring chefs with an adventurous palate and an insatiable desire to work in the food and service industries to pursue a Bachelor of Science or Associate of Science degree in culinary arts.

The College of Nursing hosted its White Coat Ceremony on Monday, March 13. The ceremony signifies a rite of passage for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program (BSN) students who will begin their clinical experience, and are officially welcomed to the nursing profession.
