VISION
Keep Nicholls Beautiful, a Keep Louisiana Beautiful University Affiliate, seeks to educate, influence, engage, and inspire the next generation of community leaders to become change agents for environmental issues such as waste reduction, improved recycling, and litter and marine debris prevention.
MISSION
To collaborate with students, faculty, staff, community partners, other University Affiliates, and Keep Louisiana Beautiful to raise awareness and action on environmental and sustainability issues on our campus and in our community.

LOVE THE BOOT DAY SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
10:30 am – 1:30 pm
Love the Boot Expo
Come visit with area environmental & sustainability organizations to learn more about their efforts to protect and preserve south Louisiana & beyond
4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Delta Zeta & Bridge to Independence Bird Feeder Building
Join DZ and Bridge to build bird feeders out of repurposed materials
4:45 pm – 5:45 pm
Outdoor HIIT
Campus Recreation will host a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class at the Rec Center field
2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Colonel Cleanup and Beautification
Join KNB to help clean our campus and install native plants grown at the Nicholls Farm (Sign up form above)
- The first 70 participants to show up will receive a FREE Love the Boot t-shirt
- Sodexo will provide refreshments after the cleanup
